Christopher did a fabulous job helping us to sell in an area that was not booming and buying in another area that was hot! (Negotiating on a holiday till almost midnight) it was crazy, and it kept us calm and handling it all with ease! We had all kinds of trials thrown at us from the buyers and Christopher was on top of every move and went above and beyond to help us! Would def recommend. Christopher is outstanding to work with when it comes to looking for a new home. He is very responsive even when it comes to the simplest questions. He walks you through each step of the process and is adamant about making sure you understand what is happening. I wouldn't hesitate using him again, but hopefully won't have to because he helped us find the home of our dreams!

Chris is hands down the best broker in Pittsburgh. He doesn't sit back and let the "listings do the work". He goes out and finds potential buyers and then makes sure every detail goes well so that the deal closes. His responsiveness is amazing, and he takes you through every step so you can make the right pricing and selling decisions to maximize your return!
